Our commitment to sustainable agriculture comes from
our passion for Nature and the world around us.
As we wanted to put our ideas into practice,
we started to grow certified organic crops in 1998
and since then we have only been using organic techniques.

Welcome to Azienda Agricola Giovanni Pacchioni…

Not only a winery, but a full farm! In fact, on our fields we grow different kinds of crops (cereals, legumes, grass for hey and grape wines) that are fundamental for the maintenance of biodiversity, i.e. the network of life, in order to preserve and protect our territory.

What do we do practically? We adopt various sustainable techniques, for example we try to create an environment which is suitable for the development of pollinating insects and we apply crop rotation that allows the soil to regenerate in a nautral way. In addition, we lend a hand to nature with organic fertilizers and we protect crops from pests with traps, beneficial insects or the use of naturally occurring substances.

On our farm you can also find a small winery that produces
around 5000 bottles per year. The wine we make
is produced exclusively with our selected grapes, which are hand-picked and carefully processed from grape to bottle.
